2. The service
COT Terminal is a subscription-based analytical and educational web application that processes publicly available market-positioning data and presents currency rankings, statistics, seasonality and illustrative trade setups. Features and data sources may evolve over time.
3. No investment advice
The service does not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, trade execution or a guarantee of future results. All trading decisions remain solely the user's responsibility. Trading leveraged products can result in substantial losses.
4. Account
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may not be resold, shared publicly, scraped or used to redistribute COT Terminal data or content.
5. Trial and subscription
A new eligible account may receive a seven-day trial without a payment card. After the trial, access requires a paid subscription. The current monthly price and billing interval are shown before payment. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
6. Payment and cancellation
Payments are processed by Stripe. Users can manage their payment method and cancel through the customer portal. Unless stated otherwise during cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period and no further renewal is charged.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it may be exercised as described in the Cancellation and Refund Policy. By requesting immediate access, a user asks us to begin providing the digital service before the withdrawal period expires.
8. Availability and data
We aim to keep the service available and data current but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free data, a particular publication time or compatibility with every device. CFTC and market-source delays may affect displayed information.
9. Intellectual property
The application, design, calculations, original text and presentation are protected content. A subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Public source data remains subject to its applicable source terms.
10. Suspension
Access may be restricted for non-payment, abuse, security threats, unlawful use or material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, decisions based on displayed information, indirect losses or outages outside our reasonable control. Mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights of consumers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
